EXCHANGES
At Pretty In Culture, we strive to ensure you're delighted with your purchase. If you find you need a different piece, we're here to help. Please follow the steps below for a smooth exchange process:
- Initiate an Exchange: Email us at support@prettyinculture.com with your full name, order number, and details of your exchange request. We'll confirm whether the exchange is possible and guide you through the next steps.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our priority. Here's how our return process works:
You may return an item purchased from Pretty in Culture under the following conditions:
- The item received does not match the product description on our website.
- You received the wrong item.
- We now accept returns of earrings, provided they are returned unworn and in new condition.
- The necklace tag must not be removed, therefore proof it has not been worn to an occasion.
PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the item(s) at support@prettyinculture.com and provide the following information:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- If the item was a gift, please provide the giftee’s name.
Our customer support team will assess your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- If your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
RETURN SHIPPING

If you are returning an item due to it being faulty, damaged, or not as described, Pretty in Culture will cover the return shipping costs. Our customer support team will provide you with a shipping label.

If you are returning an item for any other reason, including a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any duties or taxes owed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is received by us.
- Refunds: We process refunds and exchanges within 5 working days upon receiving your return. While we can't notify you when your return arrives, you'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Note that shipping and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
