International Postal Terms: Pretty In Culture cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, missing or delayed post overseas. Once parcels have been handed over to the courier in recipients’ countries, we no longer have control, or responsibility, over that parcel’s delivery. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes when sending overseas.

UK addresses: Pretty In Culture cannot be held responsible for deliveries whereby a PO Box, or forwarding address, is supplied by a customer with their order. Pretty In Culture cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses input by customers. Pretty In Culture is responsible for delivering your package to the correct building in the address given at checkout but are not responsible for the security of said package thereafter. Providing the item has been delivered to the correct GPS location of the building in the address, Pretty In Culture have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package.
